Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 27, 2026

This policy explains how NEURALYZE LLC ("Neuralyze", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores and shares information when you use our websites, including neuralyze.com and vibe.neuralyze.com, and our applications, including the Operator app for mobile and web and the Vibewright Operator app for Meta Quest headsets (together, the "Services").

1. Information we collect

Account and sign-in information

To give you access to the Services we keep an operator account. It contains your operator identifier, display name and role. When you choose to sign in with or link a third-party account, we receive and store only what that sign-in needs:

  • Google: your Google account identifier, email address and name, used to sign you in.
  • Steam: your Steam account identifier, used to sign you in.
  • Meta: when you link a Meta account from the Account page, your Meta user identifier for our apps and your Meta (Oculus) username. On a Meta Quest headset, the Vibewright Operator app asks Meta to confirm which Meta user is signed in to the headset, so our server can sign you in to your linked operator account.

We do not receive or store your Google, Steam or Meta passwords.

Information you provide

This includes requests, feedback, specifications, messages and other content you submit through the Services. If you use voice features, your recording is converted to text to carry out your request.

Technical information

When you use the Services our servers record technical information needed to operate and secure them, such as IP address, device and browser type, request times and error logs. Signed-in apps also store a session token on your device to keep you signed in.

2. How we use information

  • To sign you in and keep your account secure, including linking and verifying the third-party accounts you choose to connect.
  • To provide the features you request, such as showing your work, requests and status in the web, mobile and headset apps.
  • To maintain, troubleshoot and protect the Services, including preventing abuse.
  • To communicate with you about the Services.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Meta platform data

Data we receive from Meta (your Meta user identifier and username) is used only to sign you in and to show which Meta account is linked to your operator account. It is stored on servers operated by Neuralyze, is not shared with other parties, and is not used for advertising, profiling or analytics. You can remove the link at any time with Unlink on the Account page; the stored Meta identifier and username are then removed from your operator account. You may also ask us to delete this data as described in section 7.

4. How we share information

We share personal information only:

  • with the sign-in provider you choose (Google, Steam or Meta), to complete that sign-in;
  • with service providers who help us operate the Services, under obligations to protect the information;
  • when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, the public or Neuralyze;
  • as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy;
  • with your consent.

5. Storage and security

We host the Services on servers operated by Neuralyze in the United States. Information is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to our systems is restricted. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Retention

We keep account information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. Linked third-party identifiers are kept until you unlink them or your account is deleted. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. We may keep information longer where required by law.

7. Your choices and rights

  • You can unlink a Meta account from the Account page at any time.
  • You can sign out of any app, which removes its session from your device.
  • You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to delete your account, by emailing contact@neuralyze.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states, you may have additional rights under local law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, give notice through the Services.
